I started my IT career as a management trainee with CGS InfoTech and quickly moved into leadership and management roles. I’ve held many different positions, from Management Trainee roles to leadership roles and have a broad base of experience managing large multi-functional teams. My experience ranges from roles such as a management trainee for a major super market chain to website Design specialist, I have experience in the fields content development, link building, management, team leadership, customer service, technical support, training, training development, and consulting.
Now I am working as Senior Project Manager in CGS InfoTech Solution Ltd,
Also I am doing study in T.Y.B.com with Mumbai University,
I am web designer and graphic Designer in CGS InfoTech solution Ltd. And I have specialty in website Design for the India and US industry.

I pass my S.S.C from J.H.Poddar High school,
And I passed my H.S.C from AP College, Mumbai.
I am very Jolly and always smile, I like to see the movie, Eat food and travel and visits new place, I always like to Adventure, I Like to do Experiment with my self, I am to crazy about to speak with the new people. I always think both the side, Positive and negative, I thinks that every one are my friend, I don’t have any Enemies,
Personal life:
I can’t say more about my personal Life, but I can say that I always miss an Angel in my life, personally I am too emotional and Sentimental.
Always follow the truth, I like to think very high and also act like it,
My dream wants to be a “KING OF THE WORLD”
I want to give a new direction of my Life. I want to do some thing special as like Gandhiji, Dhirubhai Ambani,
I want to get success for my self, my Friends and for my country.

hi sharad...h r u? myself shiva. im from a lower middle class family. recently completed my electrical engineering with 58.8%. my aim is to become a good business man so im a CAT aspirant o have an MBA from best school on india.but the problem is i cant spend much money for CAT coaching to prepare seperately. so i want to do a job inorder to be independent of my parents and while working i vl prepare for CAT.im learning html, php 6.0 now. how would thw career in web designing.what are the courses i should learn along with the above.as u r in management position if it is possible can u b able to help me to boost up my career. u know one thing v have lot of things in common..im a fan of Mr Bill Gates..hope u vl respond..thnx sharad..shiva
